Giriş ve Kabul

Bu Gizlilik Politikası ve Kullanım Koşulları belgesi, Cube Short ("Geliştirici", "biz") tarafından geliştirilen mobil uygulamaların ("Uygulama") kullanımına ilişkin yasal şartları, koşulları ve veri işleme süreçlerini açıklamaktadır. Uygulamayı herhangi bir mobil cihaza indirerek, kurarak, erişerek veya kullanarak ("Kullanım"), bu metinde belirtilen tüm şartları, koşulları ve feragatnameleri okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve yasal olarak bağlayıcı bir sözleşme olarak geri dönülmez bir şekilde kabul ettiğinizi beyan ve taahhüt etmiş olursunuz.

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Sorumluluğun Reddi ve Sınırlandırılması: Kullanıcı, uygulamayı kullanmanın getireceği tüm risklerin münhasıran kendi sorumluluğunda olduğunu peşinen kabul eder. Geliştirici, yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, aşağıdaki durumlardan kaynaklanabilecek hiçbir zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz:

Veri Güvenliği ve Cihaz Bütünlüğü: Kullanıcının cihazındaki işletim sisteminin yetkisiz yöntemlerle değiştirilmesi ("root" veya "jailbreak" işlemi), diğer yazılımlar veya ağ bağlantısının neden olabileceği herhangi bir veri açığı, güvenlik ihlali veya veri kaybından Geliştirici sorumlu değildir. Uygulamadaki olası bir güvenlik açığından veya istismarından (exploit) kaynaklanabilecek her türlü olumsuzluğun nihai sorumluluğu da kullanıcıya aittir.
Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri ve Reklamlar: Uygulamalarımız, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklamlar gösterebilir. Bu reklamların içeriği ve yönlendirdiği harici web siteleri üzerinde Geliştiricinin hiçbir kontrolü veya sorumluluğu bulunmamaktadır. Reklamların Google'ın Aile Politikası'na uygun olması hedeflense de, anlık olarak uygunsuz reklamlar gösterilebilir. Bu tür bir durumdan veya reklamlara tıklanması sonucu kullanıcının maruz kalabileceği herhangi bir zarardan (uygunsuz içerik, kötü amaçlı yazılım vb.) Geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz. 13 yaş altı ve üstü tüm kullanıcılar, reklamlarla etkileşimlerinin sonuçlarından bizzat sorumludur.
Uygulama Deneyimi ve Kişisel Sorumluluk: Uygulamaların (özellikle "Cyber Chase" gibi zorluk seviyesi yüksek oyunların) neden olabileceği stres, hayal kırıklığı, öfke veya bağımlılık gibi psikolojik ve duygusal etkilerden tamamen kullanıcı sorumludur.

2. Hile, Kötüye Kullanım ve Otomatik Güvenlik Mekanizması: Oyunların bütünlüğünü ve adil rekabet ortamını korumak amacıyla, aşağıdaki eylemler kesinlikle yasaktır. Geliştirici, oyunun güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla, kullanıcıların kişisel verilerine erişmeden, tamamen oyun içi mekaniklere dayalı otomatik güvenlik sistemleri kullanır. Bu sistemler, oyun verilerinin bütünlüğünü ve oyun içinde fiziksel olarak imkansız olan davranışları analiz eder. Hileli bir aktivite tespit edildiğinde, Geliştiricinin takdirine bağlı olarak, aşağıdaki yaptırımlardan biri veya birkaçı uygulanabilir:

Kullanıcıya bir uyarı gönderilmesi.
Hile ile elde edilen tüm skorların ve ilerlemelerin sıfırlanması.
Kullanıcının oyuna erişiminin geçici veya kalıcı olarak engellenmesi. Kullanıcı, bu tür eylemlerde bulunması halinde ortaya çıkabilecek tüm riskleri, zararları ve yasal sonuçları tek başına üstlendiğini ve Geliştiricinin bu eylemlerden veya otomatik güvenlik mekanizmasının kararlarından sorumlu tutulamayacağını kabul eder.

3. Veri Toplama ve İşleme: Gizliliğiniz esastır. Kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir hiçbir verinizi (isim, e-posta, konum vb.) toplamıyor, işlemiyor veya paylaşmıyoruz.

4. Toplanan Anonim Veriler (Google Firebase): Uygulamanın stabilitesini artırmak amacıyla Google Firebase kullanmaktayız. Bu hizmet aracılığıyla toplanan veriler şunlardır:

Hata ve Çökme Raporları: Uygulama çöktüğünde sorunu teşhis etmek amacıyla anonimleştirilmiş teknik veriler (cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü vb.) toplanır.
Politika Onay Kaydı: Bu politikayı kabul ettiğinize dair onayınız, yasal yükümlülükler için anonim bir kayıt olarak tutulur.

Proje Sahipliği: Bu uygulamalar, bir Cube Short projesidir. Tüm hakları saklıdır.
Politika Değişiklikleri: Geliştirici, bu metni önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, en güncel politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Introduction and Acceptance

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use document explains the legal terms, conditions, and data processing procedures regarding the use of mobile applications ("Application") developed by Cube Short ("Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ("Use") the application on any mobile device, you declare and undertake that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted all terms, conditions, and disclaimers specified in this text as a legally binding agreement.

Terms of Use

1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: The user agrees in advance that all risks arising from using the application are exclusively their own responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the following situations:

Data Security and Device Integrity: The Developer is not responsible for any data breach, security violation, or data loss that may be caused by unauthorized modifications to the user's device operating system ("root" or "jailbreak"), other software, or the user's network connection. The ultimate responsibility for any negative consequences arising from a potential security vulnerability or exploit in the application also belongs to the user.
Third-Party Services and Advertisements: Our applications may display advertisements through Google AdMob. The Developer has no control over or responsibility for the content of these advertisements and the external websites they link to. Although the aim is for ads to comply with Google's Family Policy, inappropriate ads may be displayed momentarily. The Developer is not liable for any harm the user may suffer as a result of such situations or by clicking on advertisements (e.g., inappropriate content, malware, etc.). All users, both under and over the age of 13, are personally responsible for the consequences of their interactions with advertisements.
Application Experience and Personal Responsibility: The user is fully responsible for any psychological and emotional effects such as stress, frustration, anger, or addiction that may be caused by the applications (especially high-difficulty games like "Cyber Chase").

2. Cheating, Abuse, and Automated Security Mechanism: To protect the integrity of the games and the fair competitive environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited. To ensure the security of the game, the Developer utilizes automated security systems based entirely on in-game mechanics, without accessing users' personal data. These systems analyze the integrity of game data and behaviors that are physically impossible within the game. If fraudulent activity is detected, the Developer, at its sole discretion, may apply one or more of the following sanctions:

Issuing a warning to the user.
Resetting all scores and progress obtained through cheating.
Temporarily or permanently blocking the user's access to the game. The user agrees that they solely assume all risks, damages, and legal consequences that may arise from such actions and that the Developer cannot be held responsible for any situation resulting from these actions or the decisions of the automated security mechanism.

3. Data Collection and Processing: Your privacy is essential. We do not collect, process, or share any of your personally identifiable information (name, email, location, etc.).

4. Anonymous Data Collected (Google Firebase): We use Google Firebase to improve the application's stability. The data collected through this service includes:

Error and Crash Reports: When the application crashes, anonymized technical data (device model, OS version, etc.) is collected to diagnose the issue.
Policy Consent Record: Your acceptance of this policy is stored as an anonymous record for legal compliance.

General Provisions

Policy Changes: The Developer reserves the right to change this text without prior notice. Your continued use of the application signifies your acceptance of the most current policy.
